Latest Developments: Attorney-Client Privilege
ACC continues to fight for the protection of attorney-client privilege in the corporate setting and is joining with the US Chamber of Commerce to examine this key issue.  The event “Erosion of the Attorney-Client Privilege: What Does the Future Hold?” will take place in Washington, DC on November 16.  ACC members will receive the Chamber’s member registration rate.  Get more details.
