John Hemann, Partner, Morgan Lewis and Bockius; Mr. Hemann was a member of the Department of Justice's Enron Task Force, where he was lead trial counsel on the prosecution and guilty plea of Enron Chief Financial Officer Andrew Fastow and co-lead counsel in the investigation and indictment of Enron Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kenneth Lay. For eight years prior to his service on the Enron Task Force, Mr. Hemann was an assistant United States attorney in San Francisco. Among the 20 criminal and civil cases he tried as an assistant U.S. attorney were cases involving fraudulent conduct by executives of McKesson Corp. and Media Vision, and high-profile insider trading cases;

Hendricks, Partner, Morgan Lewis and Bockius; Mr. Hendricks is a partner in the Labor and Employment Practice Group, with specific experience with the travel, hospitality, food service, entertainment and retail industries. He represents employers and management employees in matters arising under California and federal law, such as federal and state wage and hour law, federal and state anti-discrimination laws, California Business and Professions Code Section 17200 et seq., the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, California’s Trade Secrets Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (including Title III), as well as California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act.
