2. An update on the Customs and Trade Partnership against Terrorism (“C-TPAT”)
3. Long-term compliance: customs audits and SOX compliance
4. Customs Planning: how to generate commercial benefits from regional trade agreements eg NAFTA.
5. Be careful! Compliance with US sanctions, trade controls and export controls.
