LexisNexis is excited to offer you the opportunity to earn CLE credit, enjoy dinner with your corporate counsel colleagues, and watch a Major League baseball game in a luxury suite at PETCO Park in Downtown San Diego. The night will begin with a CLE session, entitled, "E-Discovery 2007 - Litigation Preparedness & The Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure" in the luxury suite before the "opening pitch." This CLE session will be provided by Mike Pontrelli, Esq. and Mark Wentworth, Esq., Corporate Discovery Specialists at LexisNexis Applied Discovery. After the CLE session, you will enjoy dinner at the ballpark with famous Randy Jones BBQ sandwiches, grilled hot dogs, campfire chili, classic Caesar salad, Mexican eight-layer dip, and fresh baked cookies, along with beer, wine, soda and water. You will then enjoy Padres baseball during the first home-stand of the season, as the Padres face division rival San Franciso Giants, with the notorious Barry Bonds closing in on the all-time home run record, former Padres Manager Bruce Bochy, and former Padres fan favorite Dave Roberts. You can watch the game and mingle with colleagues from inside the private suite or on the private balcony of the Western Metal Supply Company Building. This historic building, built in 1909, was restored and incorporated into the design of PETCO Park, creating one of the most popular group areas in the ballpark. Guests seated on the balconies better stay alert, as home run balls may be coming your way! |
