Mini MBA Program

This one day program has been developed for the in-house counsel in the greater San Diego area. These are individuals with extensive corporate legal experience, but who require additional refinement of their understanding of the business drivers of other functional area within the firm. This program will cover topics intended to increase these executives’ understanding and skills in the areas of Strategy, Operations Management, and Finance.

The proposed faculty is well-renowned business researchers and teachers with demonstrated skills in executive-level education.
