Join us for a brown bag luncheon in which Gary Perl, Managing Partner of the San Diego office of immigration law frim Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, will discuss the challenges of managing the immigration function in an economic downturn. He will review the impact of organizational restructuring on nonimmigrant and permanent residence status, and will also look at recent Department of Homeland Security and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services activities.
