Overview

This session will cover the basics of nonimmigrant and immigrant categories.  Using an interactive format, audience members will receive information on substantive law as well as on the role of the company contact in the process. The audience will gain a general understanding of the nonimmigrant and immigrant process; will gain knowledge as to know when work authorization is required; and how to ensure their workforce remains in valid status and the company remains or becomes compliant with immigration law.
