Lake Poway Trail Hike - 8:30 am on Sunday, June 26, 2011
Jump start your Sunday morning with a fun hike around Lake Poway with your ACC colleagues. This 2.9 mile hike will challenge you at times with some moderately steep switchbacks. The hike time is about 1.5 hours with an elevation gain of 400 ft.
We will meet at 8:30 am by the Lake Poway concession. Please note the following:
* Non-Poway residents are charged $5.00 per vehicle to enter the Lake Poway park but you get clean bathrooms with running water and plenty of parking.
* Please bring water, snacks, sun screen, hats and hiking poles (recommended but not required).
* ACC-SD Members and their invited guests are welcome to attend. RSVPs are optional, and can be made in advance to: Rebeca Perez rebeca.perez-serrano@CareFusion.com. M: 858-412-9309. Dogs on a leash are welcome on this trail too. But please leave at home anyone (four-legged or two) who can’t keep up. On Sunday, if anyone is running late or is lost, please call me.

Exit Rancho Bernardo Rd
Turn right on Rancho Bernardo Rd
Continue on Espola Rd
Left on Lake Poway Rd end at 14644 Lake Poway Road, Poway, CA 92064, go straight through the entrance gate, pay $5.00 and park close to the Lake.
