Overview

The adoption and deployment of cloud computing services will continue to increase dramatically in almost all industries and it is important for counsel to understand how to effectively counsel their clients on such matters.

This presentation will not focus on the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing, but rather will address specific and practical guidance on the negotiation of cloud agreement terms and provide a general understanding of pertinent data security and privacy concerns.
