November MCLE - Recent Developments in Labor and Employment Law

November 17, 2011

11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Overview

Sheppard Mullin attorneys will discuss recent developments in labor and employment law at both the state and federal level. We will explain how these new developments will affect the day-to-day decisions made by in-house counsel. We will focus on:

Navigating social media issues in the workplace;
How to handle threats of workplace violence that may be caused by a disability;
New and proposed NLRB requirements applicable to all employers covered by the NLRA - not just unionized ones; and
Wage and hour/PAGA update.
