The essential purpose of this position is to limit risk to Hyundai Capital America (HCA) by providing legal guidance concerning legal and regulatory requirements and managing litigation. • Six to eight years relevant law firm and/or in-house compliance and litigation experience, with focus upon providing legal and regulatory advice to finance sources 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
